As per advise from our courier partner, do ensure that your delivery address is changed to your home address for the time being to ensure parcel is not hold in their Hub.
Postage Day
Products are shipped out on the day of purchase (Daily; Tuesday to Saturday only)
Priority Shipping
Pick-up or delivery can be arranged by the customer(s) once the purchase is done. You may arrange a runner to pick up at our boutique whereby, the cost is solely borne by the customer.

The product needs to be returned and the exchange process may take 7 days and the shipping cost shall be paid by the customer.
