Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

Shipping Policy
FUZANAMOKHTAZA would like to assure you that the order processing operation will still take some time due to our shipping schedule arranged by our team.
As per advice from our courier partner, do ensure that your delivery address is changed to your home address for the time being to ensure the parcel is not held in their Hub.
Shipped Out
Products are shipped out every Wednesday & Thursday using Poslaju courier.
PRIORITY SHIPPING
Pick-up or delivery can be arranged once the purchase is done. You may arrange for a runner to pick your item up at our boutique.
Ready Stock Item
We will announce when the item is ready and it will take 3-5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia excluding the packaging process 7-10 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak excluding the packaging process. This depends 100% on the courier service employed
Return & Refund
Please email us at sales@fuzanamokhtaza.com. The product needs to be returned and the refund process may take 5-7 days. We are not paying for the shipping cost

We strongly recommend that you measure yourself accurately according to the size chart before making a purchase to avoid the unnecessary process of exchange.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please take note that you can only exchange goods bought at FUZANAMOKHTAZA website and NOT via other platforms such as ISETAN or other pop-up stores.
Exchange policy is granted for ONE time per transaction.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must still have an attached original tag, unused, and returned in the same condition as you received it. If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange for any item, which is subject to stock availability. If the price of the exchanged item is lower than the returned item, the difference will not be refunded.
Exchange is strictly subject to stock availability.

Why is my tracking number not traceable? Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If your order was completed during the weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day. |
Has my order been shipped out yet? Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code so you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. |

We do not accept an item that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged other than with original manufacturing defects. In other words, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns that we reasonably believe have been used or worn, will not be accepted. If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a replacement.
Upon receipt of the products, we will examine them and we will advise you on the status of the replacement via email as soon as practicable.
You will be responsible to bear the shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
