Shipping Policy
FUZANAMOKHTAZA would like to assure you that order processing operation will still take some time due to our shipping schedule arranged by our team.
As per advise from our courier partner, do ensure that your delivery address is changed to your home address for the time being to ensure parcel is not hold in their Hub. Please double check your shipping address before proceed with your payment.
Postage Day
Orders before 10am will be shipped out on the same day of the purchase while orders after 10am will be shipped out the day after tomorrow. Postage day will on on weekdays only (Mon-Fri)Priority Shipping/Pick up Orders
Pick-up or delivery can be arranged by the customer(s) once the purchase is done. You may arrange a runner to pick up at our boutique whereby, the cost is solely borne by the customer. Please inform us on the date and time of your pickup. You will received a notification once your order is ready to be picked up. It will takes up to 3 working days maximum. You can't pickup if you didn't received the notification.
Return for Exchange
Alternatively, If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the site, please contact sales@fuzanamokhtaza.com We will try our best to respond to your request within 3 working days.

Why is my tracking number not traceable?
Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If your order was completed during the weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code so you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address.
